Technological innovation points

操作方法

1 首先将仪器放置水平,打开机箱;

2 从箱内取出电源连接线,将一端插入仪器面板左上角的“市电输入”插座内,将另一端插入220V市电(注:若“选择开关”选择“电池” 供电方式,则此步可以省略。);

3 将“市电开关”置于“开”的位置,“市电开关”内红色指示灯亮,表示市电接通,“充电指示灯”发红光或绿光。若“充电指示灯”发红光表示电池处于充电状态,必须将“选择开关”置于“市电”工作,以便仪器既可进行正常检测,又可同时给电池充电;若“充电指示灯”发绿光表示电池电量饱满,“选择开关”置于“电池”或“市电”工作均可(注:若“选择开关”选择“电池”供电方式,则“市电开关”应置于“关”的位置。);

4 “选择开关”置于“市电”或“电池”工作时,红色“工作指示灯”亮,仪器都先进行系统自检:首先显示“负号”和“小数点”,然后有一个“8”字自左向右扫描,随后液晶屏显示“000.0”,表示系统自检完毕;

5 给左右两个传感器滴入石油醚,用脱脂棉擦拭干净;

6 传感器擦拭干净后,向两个传感器分别滴入同型号等量的干净油液,待油液完全布满传感器底部时,点击“读零”键,若只发出一次短促警示音,液晶屏显示“000.0”,则表示传感器电路不平衡度符合规定值,调零完毕;若发出连续短促警示音,调节“调零”旋钮至警示音消失,再连续点击“读零”键2-3次,确保液晶屏显示“000.0”,调零完毕(注:操作过程中,如出现关机、断电等情况,必须重新加入干净油液调零);

7 将右传感器内的干净油液用石油醚擦拭干净,然后注入同型号等量被测油液;

8 用键盘输入被测油液的编号(三位数)。若发现输入号有错,点击“清除”键,重新输入编号。若用户要检测的油液在分类表中没有,可采用十大类油液中的公用通道编号(每大类的类别号后加“00”),如:液压油类别号为“0”,后加“00”,即输入编号“000”;柴油机油类别号为“2”,后加“00”,即输入编号“200”;导轨油类别号为“9”,后加“00”,即输入编号“900”……依次类推,进行检测;

9 若要检测油液的综合污染度执行9.1;若要检测油液中的水分含量执行9.2;若既要检测油液的综合污染度又要检测油液中的水分含量,则先执行9.1,然后重新输入被测油液编号,再执行9.2;

9.1 点击“确认”键,仪器进入检测程序,显示检测数据和油质的等级;“1”表示良好,同时油质指示灯绿灯亮;“2”表示堪用,同时油质指示灯黄灯亮;“3”表示报废;同时油质指示灯红灯亮;

9.2 点击“测水”键,仪器对被测油液测试2分钟后显示检测结果,并发出三声警示音,表示测试完毕;

10 打印:若要打印检测结果,应将日期输入。如2006年3月24日,输入年的二位数“06”,点击一次“日期”键;然后输入月的二位数“03”,再点击一次“日期”键;较后输入日的二位数“24”,再点击一次“日期”键;接着点击“打印”键,打印出检测结果;

11 用石油醚擦干净传感器,以备下次使用;

12 关机:测试完毕将“选择开关”置于水平(“关”的位置),整机断电,红色“工作指示灯”熄灭。此时若“充电指示灯”为绿色,即可将“市电开关”断开(“关”的位置),拔掉电源线并收藏;若“充电指示灯”为红色,说明电池还在充电,则“市电开关”不应关断;若急需关机,下次使用时必须在有市电的场合工作;

13 较后,合上机箱,收好仪器,以备再用。


Methods of operation

1 First, place the instrument level, open the case.

3 The "electricity switch" should be placed "on" position, for the "electricity switch" the red light on, it means electricity connected, "charge indicator" of red or green. If the "charge indicator" glows red to indicate the battery in the state of charge, must put the "selector switch" to "electricity", and so the instrument can do normal inspection, as well at the same time charging the battery; if "charging indicator light" is green, it means the battery is full, then "selector switch" at the both "cell" or "electricity" can work (Note: If the "selector switch" Select "battery" power supply, the "electricity switch" should be placed in the "off" position.);

4 When the "Selector switch" at the "mains" or "battery", the red light on, firstly, the instrument is doing self-test: First show "negative" and the "decimal point", then there is a "8" word from left to right scanning, then the LCD screen shows "000.0", said the system self-test is completed.

5 Drop petroleum ether into the two sensors, wipe clean them with cotton wool;

6 Wipe clean the sensor, drop into the two sensors with the same model and same amount of clean oil until the oil completely covers the sensor bottom, click " zero" key, if it is only giving a short warning sound, LCD screen displays "000.0 ", it means sensor circuit imbalance is within the compliance value, zero is completed; if short warning tone issues continuously, adjust the" zero "knob until the warning sounds disappear, and then click on the" read zero "button 2-3 times to ensure LCD screen shows "000.0", zero is completed (Note: during the operation, such as shutdowns, power outages, etc., must refill with clean oil and do zero adjustment);

7 Wipe the clean oil with petroleum ether in the right sensor and then drop into the same type and same amount of the measured oil.

8 Input the oil number of the measured oil on the keyboard(three digits). If you input wrong number, click the "Clear" button, re-enter the number. If the user's oil does not list in the classification, the oil can be used in ten categories of public channel number (add "00"to each type of category, ), such as: hydraulic oil category number "0", added, "00", that is, the input number "000"; diesel engine oil category number is "2", add "00", that is, the input number "200"; rail oil category number "9", after the plus "00", that is, the input number "900" ... and so on, and be detected.

9 To test the comprehensive pollution degree is to implement 9.1, to test the water content of oil is to implement 9.2, if to test both, then first implement 9.1 and then 9.2.

9.1 Click "OK" button, the instrument into the testing procedures, test data shows the level of oil; "1" means good, while oil green light on; "2" means worthy of use, while oil yellow light on; "3, "scrapped; while red light on;

9.2 Click on the "water test" button, after 2 minutes the instrument shows the oil test results, and issues three times of a warning tone, indicating that the test is completed;

10 Print: To print test results, the date should be entered. Such as the March 24, 2006, enter the years of double-digit "06", click on a "date" key; then enter the two digit month, "03", then click on a "date" button; the last day of the two input number "24", then click a "date" button; then click on "Print" button, print out the test results.

11 Wipe the sensors with petroleum ether and prepare for the next use.

12 Shutdown: Test completed the "selector switch" at the level ("off" position), the whole power off, red light off. At this point if the "charge indicator" is green, you can put "electricity switch" off ("off" position), unplug the power cord and collect; if the "charge indicator" is red, the battery is still charging, the "electricity switch" should not be turned off; if need shut down, next time you must work with electricity in the occasion.

13 Last, close the box and put it well and prepare for the next use.


检测结果的显示

仪器进入油液检测程序后,显示屏首先显示油液污染程度的数值(如带有负号为负值),该数值停留约三秒钟后消失,然后显示检测结果:显示屏左端显示油液编号;右端显示被检油样的三种可能的检测结果:良好、堪用、报废。

显示“1”(同时面板上绿灯亮)—— 表示油品良好,设备正常;

显示“2”(同时面板上黄灯亮)—— 表示油品堪用,表明油品还能用,但要注意缩短跟踪时间,检测周期;

显示“3”(同时面板上红灯亮)—— 表示油品报废,表明油品污染不能使用。这时检测人可再对该油液检测两次,参考《污染类型表》,则可判断油液是正常变质还是非正常污染。

1. 第一类污染:检测三次后,结果均超过报废数值,且数值稳定正偏,则表明该油品属于正常污染,因油品使用过程中会出现粘度、闪点、酸值、碱值、杂质等指标的变化,这些指标的变化由综合污染度表现出来。

2. 第二类污染:检测三次后,结果是不断正向漂移(正向增大),且已超过报废数值,则表明该油品属非正常污染。此类结果表明:油品中有水分或金属磨粒。

3. 第三类污染:检测三次后,结果均是稳定负值,则表明该油品属于非正常污染。此类结果表明:油品中有轻质油(汽油、柴油)存在。


Test results show

When the instrument into the oil testing procedures, the display first shows the value of oil pollution (such as with a negative sign is negative), the value stays and disappear after three seconds, then displays the test results: the left display shows oil number; right reveals that the seizure of three possible oil sample test results: good, worthy of use, and scrapped.

Display "1" (green light on the same panel) —— that oil good and equipment proper;

Display "2" (yellow light on the same panel) —— that worthy use of oil, that oil still usable, but pay attention to shorten the track time and testing cycle;

Display "3" (while the red light on the panel) —— that oil scrapped, shows that oil is polluted and can not be used. Then test may be done twice, refer to < pollution type table >, and then determine the deterioration of oil is normal or abnormal pollution.

1. The first type of pollution: testing three times, the results are more than scrap value, and that is Stable positive bias, then that is a normal oil pollution, oil use for the course will appear viscosity, flash point, acid, alkali value, impurities and other indicators of change, changes in these indicators shown by a combination of pollution.

2. The second type of pollution: testing three times, the result is a constantly positive drift (positive increase), and has more than scrap values, indicates that the oil is a non-normal pollution. Such results show that: the oil has water or metal debris.

3. The third type of pollution: testing three times, the results are stable negative, indicating that the oil is non-normal pollution. Such results show that: there is light oil (gasoline, diesel) in the oil.


使用注意事项

 测试时,仪器放平,切勿振动,保证测试精度。

 清洁油腔时,不能用硬物碰撞底部,以免损坏传感器。

 通常情况下,不用丙酮擦拭油腔。

 该仪器请勿在雨、雪、雾及易燃、易爆、强磁、强电等环境中使用。

 面板上的红色帖膜○﹗,且勿打开,以免损坏仪器。

 本仪器可交、直流两用,用户可根据实际情况选用。

 机内电池为镍氢可充电电池,更换时必须用镍氢可充电电池,若更换有困难,请寄本公司维修。

 检测结束后,一定要关掉主机电源开关,拔掉插入主机的外接电源插头,防止主机内电池跑电。

 仪器在较长时间内(通常为一个月内)不使用,应在交流电情况下给电池充电4至5小时,以防止电池因自放电导致电压过低,损坏电池。


Caution

 When test, the instrument should be placed flat, there must be no vibration so as to ensure test accuracy.

 When cleaning the sensor, please don't touch the bottom with hard objects, collision damage to the sensor should be avoided.

 In general, do not use acetone to wipe the oil chamber.

 Don't use the instrument in rain, snow, fog and flammable, explosive, strong electrical, magnetic work environment.

 Don't open the Red membrane○﹗on the panel, so as to avoid damage to the instrument.

 AC or DC, can be chosen in real situation.

 Ni-MH batteries inside, are rechargeable battery, replacement must use Ni-MH rechargeable battery, replace if difficult, please send us and repair.

 After the test, be sure to turn off the main power switch, unplug the power cord with the host's external, to prevent internal battery to run power.

 If instrument over an extended period (usually one month) is not used, should be in the AC to charge the battery 4-5 hours, in order to prevent the battery voltage is too low due to self-discharge and leading to damage the battery.


常见故障及其排除

 当仪器空载(没有加油)无法调零时,说明油腔底部沟道中有金属物将传感器短路,只要用石油醚认真擦洗即可排除。

 当两个油腔加入新油后无法完成调零时,即左右偏差远远超出传感器电路不平衡度(B)的规定值,说明油中所含金属磨粒已将传感器短路,若左偏负值很大,则擦净左边的油液,重新加入新油完成调零设置,反之亦然。

 若测试脏油时,污染度指标很高(超过报废参考值几倍以上),说明脏油中所含金属磨粒已将传感器短路,此时应擦掉脏油重新加入脏油测试。

 油液报废参考指标详见“部分润滑油品报废参考值”表。

 仪器空载时,若“选择开关”选择“电池” 供电方式,读数不断变小,说明电池低效,可考虑充电或更换电池,有困难时,请与本公司联系。


Common faults and exclusion

 When the instrument is empty using (no fuel) and can not be adjusted to zero, maybe metal debris in oil caused short-circuit on the sensor, using petroleum ether to carefully scrub, it will be OK.

 When the two oil chambers can not be adjusted to zero after the addition of new oil, that is so far beyond the deviation of the sensor circuit unbalance (B) of the specified value, indicating that the metal debris caused sensor short circuit, if the reading is negative and towards left and significant, then wipe the left side oil chamber, add new oil to complete re-set to zero, and vice versa.

 When test of dirty oil, the pollution index is high (more than several times over the scrapped reference value), indicating that dirty metal debris in the oil has caused sensor short circuit, you should wipe off the dirty oil to re-drop dirty oil to test.

 Waste oil reference see "part of the oil products scrapped reference" table.

 Instrument loading, if the "selection switch" to select "battery" power supply, the reading keeping smaller, it means the battery is inefficient, consider charging or replacing batteries, there are difficulties, please contact us.
